Approach

Close collaboration with local communities is essential for FEMI’s mission to succeed. Basically, it all revolves around the main target group for FEMI, children. The integral approach that FEMI uses will ensure attention to sustainable development, education, health, the certainty of nourishment, improvement of the income and the infrastructure.

In our projects, the local community always participates in the decision-taking process and the execution. The intention is that, eventually, the communities will be able to bear the full responsibility for their projects.
